The principals of Colburn Hundley, Inc. began with John Colburn Sr., John Colburn, Jr. and Jeffrey A. Hundley in 1990. They formed the company with 34 years of combined experience and with the understanding that the company's aim would always be to service the commercial real estate needs of individuals on a personal and confidential basis.

In 2003, John Colburn, Sr. decided that his 34 years of experience would better be served as a consultant to the company, as well as, working with preferred customers. It was then that John Colburn, Jr. and Jeffrey Hundley received the additional shares in the company and remained sole owners until the Spring of 2004 when they proudly accepted Todd Kamps, a CCIM with 12 years of commercial real estate experience as a 1/3 share holder in the company.

Colburn Hundley, Inc. is supported by Realtor Associate, Jack Teggelaar who joined the company in 1999 and now has 21 years of industrial sales experience, expertise and knowledge. Jack also worked for 15 years in the banking industry, and for many of those years as a Commercial Lending Officer and bank Vice President, thereby adding to Colburn Hundley's already long list of strengths.

The most recent addition to the Colburn Hundley, Inc. staff is Associate Broker, Jim Courtney. Jim has a long history in retail sales management and real estate development. He brings with him ten years of experience as the Director of Property Sales and Management with Meijer, Inc. in Grand Rapids Michigan.
